Velvet Patch works flexibly 7 days a week to suit clients. Bookings are by strict appointment only and can be made by calling/texting 07950 238339 or e-mailing sal@velvetpatch.co.uk
(Please note evening and weekend bookings do tend to go quite quickly).

Please note:

All male intimate bookings will be carried out in Ruddington.
Freelance bookings will be considered in line with existing studio-based appointments - so book with as much notice as poss please!
Freelance appointments will incur a £5.00 call out, plus 45p per mile to/from Ruddington.
(AA route map will be used to calculate postcode to postcode).
Velvet Patch accepts cash or cheque only please.
24 hours notice is respectfully asked for any cancellations - there's always clients in the wings!
The tariff is client specific according to hair type and growth.
VP reserves the right to charge higher tariff/decline 5th discount if depilatory razor/creams have been used inbetween appointments.
(And super sleuth Hetty Wainthropp is not needed - it is always VERY obvious!!)
The half price wax is offered on the 5th consecutive treatment, but there must be no more than 12 weeks between each appointment.
After the 5th wax clients on the "Hairfree Highway" will enjoy the lowest treatment tariff.

Additional things to know

All new clients will need to answer a few pre wax questions when making a booking. This will be followed up with a more detailed consultation on the first visit.

A warm welcome awaits all clients ON TIME please - being a residential practice note there are no waiting facilities for early arrivals...and late arrivals have reduced retreatment time :(
It goes without saying Velvet Patch offers a professional waxing service only, doing exactly as it says on the tin. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Client confidentiality matters and is assured at all times.
Velvet Patch does not store client contact details in a mobile and only carries records for the day’s appointments, porting & storing all personal records securely. Information/knowledge about you (written or tacit) will not be shared with anyone else. Rest assured you’ll not be tweeted about or anonymity compromised by being asked to join a Velvet Patch Facebook fan page either!
